Marching Eagles 2026

The marching band is a distinctive group of musicians that add movement and choreography to music to create an entertaining field show to be performed at football game half times and competition marching festivals.  The marching band also marches in several local parades, which always generates excitement. 

Being a part of the Marching Eagles gives each student a unique opportunity to grow their musical skills and increase their athletic abilities while learning to work as an individual to make the whole group stronger. Leadership skills learned through marching band help students to be better team players on and off of the marching field. Students are given occasions to serve in the community to reinforce this concept. 

Marching band students work extremely hard, sweat a lot, but build lasting memories that are not made anywhere else.  Marching band instills dedication and dependability. Placement in the Marching Eagles is recommended for ages 12 and up, and is at the discretion of the directors. Encouragement is always the means to help a student master music and marching fundamentals at North Metro. Most of all, being a Marching Eagle is a lot of fun!
