Make sure that the email address you are using for registration and any additional emails are typed correctly and is an email that you check regularly as it is an essential means of communication. Additionally, make sure phone numbers are typed correctly for an alternate means of communication. Any changes to your email must be changed in your Jumbula account for safety. In the event of last minute cancellations due to weather or other emergency, we will notify all families via the email on file at registration.
For the Emergency Contact, please list someone OTHER than you or your spouse. In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach the parents, we will contact the emergency contact.

Common Registration and Jumbula Account Questions
What is the best way to register?
Register using the Chrome Browser or your mobile device.
How do I login to Jumbula?
If you are new, create a Jumbula account. Otherwise, login using your email address and the password you created. If you have forgotten your password, you can select “Forgot password”. You can reset your password from there.
What if the class I want is full? Waitlists
Some classes have a maximum number of students. If a class fills, we will start a waitlist. There is no fee to be on the waitlist. When adding your child to the waitlist it takes you through the entire registration process so that if your wait list # comes up, you can just be added to the class. Students will be accepted in the order they are placed on the list. In the event that a space opens up, or we have enough students to create another class, you will be notified. Once you are notified, registration and supply fees will need to be paid to accept the spot.
What if I need to change my credit card on file?
Please login to Jumbula. On the upper right hand side, you will see your user name with a down arrow. Click on the down arrow and select Payment Methods. Add your new payment method, but make sure you have the “Set this credit card as preferred” checked so the system knows to use the new card number.
Transaction Does Not Process?
If a transaction gets declined, try using a different credit card to reprocess. Even if you approve a fraud attempt, Jumbula may not allow you to reprocess using the same card unless you cancel your registration and start from the beginning.
Transaction does not go through?
Try checking the address associated with the card and details specific to your card.
If you are still experiencing a “glitch” in registration we suggest you clear your cookies and cache and start your registration from scratch and additionally turning mobile devices off /on. We are unable to control any software glitches.
We suggest any software glitches be addressed directly at: [email protected]
How do I see my student’s schedule?
Login to Jumbula and locate the top menu bar (Home, Profile, Registration, etc.). Click on Profile and locate the Children/Participants box. Your student’s name will be listed. Next to your student’s name, there are a bunch of icons. If you put your mouse over each one, it will tell you what they mean. The one for Schedule is the 4th icon and it looks like a calendar with a clock on the bottom right. Click on the Schedule icon and you will see your student’s schedule.
